Weekly Wrap 23/07- 29/07

New Racing Trial

5 winners this week and NRT did briefly move in the right direction before 2 blank days stopping any progress. Getaman the pick of the bunch returning 3.83 at Perth and Forgivable also earning a mention with 2.93 returned. The odds all seem fairly short so is going to require a decent strike rate to return the deficit and get going.

-21 for July and a loss for the first month of the trial.

Football Focus

Four winners for the football trial and a quiet week this time out. An away under 2.5 in the ABC v Floresti EC game returned 5.46 while an under 3.5/4.5 double hit the target returning 5.22.

-7 for the month and even though its a loss its a good step in the right direction going into next month.

The Bookies Enemy

Hardly the bookies enemy this week/month with just 3 winners and a 30 point loss as July comes to a close. Warren Point the pick of the trio returning 6 points profit at Goodwood.

-30 for July and a loss after two good months of profit. Let's hope August brings some form.

Bet 2 win

Two winners this week and a bit of a recovery in form. New London the pick of the pair with 1.88 points profit at Goodwood.
-8.49 this month and 3 winners. Its not been a solid month, lets hope for better in August.

Lay 2 win

It's been a rough month as a whole for L2W with more losers than winners and a 10 points loss. This week hasn't been great either with just a winner from 2 lays. Looking through the historic results losing months are few and far between, L2W should bounce back and have a good August.

Cheek Pieces

Rocchigiani the only winner this week returning 6.5 points profit but its not enough to lift CP out of a loss this month as CP looks set to make it 2 losing months on the spin. Underwhelming at present after a good trial and like others needs to find form.

The Bet Professor

8 winners this week and TBP is clinging on to a profit as the month draws to a close. Gale Force Maya returned 7 points profit. Tempus also gets a mention also returning 7 points profit at Ascot.

+0.68 for the month and hopefully TBP will avoid a loss, been a sensational couple of months for the service and lets hope August sees a return to that.

Just 8 bets from this service this week but Modern Games on Wednesday and then Rocchigiani on Friday were enough to push Cheek Pieces into 1^st place for me this week. +2.64pts

Hanbury Racing

Nothing in the bag this week for Richard as HR slips to -49 for the month. Had this in January and then HR smashed in some phenomenal months after. Lets hope for another big run!

Place money on Tuesday & Thursday to lessen the liability of another losing week unfortunately for Hanbury. I can’t be the only loyal follower of this service who thought this would be the week to turn a profit

Just two places this week as Richards winners service slumps once more at month end. -31 this month and two losing months in a row, he'll know he needs a solid return for August.

Wedge Winners
15 winners this week and its a step in the right direction for WW - at long last.

Reclaim Victory claimed victory at Newcastle returning 11 points profit but was blasted to one side by Millicent who was first past the post at Salisbury returning 20 points profit.

-14 for the month and its a step the right way albeit probably too late, the return of big winners this week helping the service along.

HRN
11 winners this week and over 100 points profit this month for high flying HRN. Sir Busker was a very solid 12 point winner at York. Tilsitt also a good winner with 10 points profit.

+101 for the month and just one losing month all year for HRN.

We're once again talking about how solid HRN is. Bags of profit this month and bags of profit this year. 2 losing months since January 2021.

t's been a really tough month and the only shred of hope is that almost all my services have lost, which to me would suggest it's not just an isolated issue to one particular. Thankfully I built up some bank for most and it has mostly covered me for all the services bar one who stands -£80. I'm really hopeful that August will see vastly different results for most,

HRN
