Weekly Wrap 29/10 - 04/11

THE 2022 QATAR WORLD CUP IS NEARLY HERE

With the World Cup just 14 days away it's a good time to announce our sweepstake is now OPEN.

Entry is £5, if your dog wants a team he can have one too, no bias here.

As always I will be supporting a charity extremely close to my heart, Heart Link at Glenfield hospital do amazing work supporting not only children with heart disease but their families too, and put a roof over our heads during the life of our baby. You can check out Heart Link here.

Depending how many times we fill the sweepstake I may also donate some to 'Little Hearts Matter', whilst they didn't directly support my family they offer amazing memorial fun days for families who have lost little ones to heart disease. Again, a very worthwhile cause.

With those bits out the way lets explain how this works:

There are 32 teams taking part in this years tournament.

£5 gets your name in the hat for one team.

The teams are drawn completely at random using random number function in excel

£5 x 32 = £160

Punthub will throw in £20 to each sweepstake

That makes each prize pot £180

£70 straight to charity

£70 to the winner

£30 to the runner up

£10 to 3rd place

The Dutchess

2 winners this week as The Dutchess came close to a profit but in the end fell short. Wor Verge the pick of the winners at 3.78.

Ended October -4 and starts November with One winner and a small profit in the first few days of the month.

We've now seen 100 bets and the service sits a couple of points below zero. I'm hopeful the service can find some form and kick on before Christmas. As things stand it's not terrible, but it's not anything.

The Racing Angle

Just one winner this week as RA falters. Path Doroux returning 1.63.

Still ended October in profit though at 10 points returned. Hopefully a small dip and back at it next week.

Stat Attack Win

Not much action this week and none of those tips hit the target.

I was curious to see if it fared any better at level stakes, the answer is by about 6 points

Sitting at -26 it's not really up to much and I'm beginning to wonder if anyone's even following them already?

Stat Attack Lay
A couple more lays than usual for the other side of stat attack and they continue to do the business. Clipsham La Habana a good lay returning 3.92 profit for a 4 point lay, which seemed excessively high, but I'm not the one staking the bets.

7/7 to date and I hope these keep producing unlike the win bets.

Premier Lays

2 out of 6 this week and its been a bit of a struggle for Prem lays. Just Bodo/Glimt and a BTTS on target.

In truth it's been a rough showing since we gave it the nod of approval and as a platform, and a business, we have standards and a reputation to uphold. Unfortunately the tipster just isn't upholding those standards and action needed taking.

We are confident the service will only improve from here given the changes made in the background by us and with the world cup looming we're both very excited to see where this can go.

The Bookies Enemy

It's been a bookie slapping week for Gary and his followers!

Five winners this week and two definite standouts.

Phoenux Fire was a fantastic 24 point winner at Redcar to start the month, Difficult Decision battered the bookies even more and left followers both new and old absolutely ecstatic with another 35 points profit.

October ended with an 80/1 winner and November's got of to a really strong start, over 50 points profit in 5 days. Those that jumped on after the first promotion email last week got it half price for the first month & have made their profit already.

Bet 2 win

Two bets this week as B2W returns, but neither landed a profit.

Lay 2 win

Returned to action with a losing bet before then making changes to the system, and returning with a winning bet two days later. I'm at the point where I ask where does one go with this service? 26 wins from 42 bets since July with a loss of 20 points. While a loss of 20 points doesn't sound a lot, that's 20 winning bets in a row to get that back, and that's 2-3 with the selective nature of the service. More to the point it hasn't shown signs of winning more than a couple in a row recently.

I'll let these changes bed in before I pass more judgement

The Bet Professor

Seven winners this week and its a losing start to November for TBP. Gowel Road the pick of the winners at 5 points profit. TBP ended October -7 and starts November with a 7 point deficit after just 5 days of the month.

Hanbury Racing

Nothing in the net this week for Richard.

October still ended really well at +45 and I keep banging on about jumps being his gig, hopefully it's not long before we're talking about more winners.

Hanbury 'Winners'
No winners again this week and it's another service where I sit here and think what the hell do I even do with this?

Richard is a great guy and a great tipster, one of the best I have come across with Hanbury racing (believe me I've seen thousands), but the winners service just doesn't appear to be working for Richard.

For those of you that have watched Lost it's a bit like being stuck on an island waiting to be rescued - how long do you sit and wait for this to turn (to be rescued) before you call it a day, build a raft and set sail..

Wedge Winners
Five winners for the week and its a month that Wedges needs to put right a 29 point loss the month prior. Caramelised the pick of his winners returning 3.5 points profit.

-2 so far for November, lets hope for a solid month after what has been an up & down year for Wedges.

HRN
2 winners and its a good start to November for HRN after a rough couple of months. Herbiers returning 6.3 points profit while Topofthecotswolds returned 7.2 points from 2 staked.

+4.5 so far this month.

Could do with putting 2 losing months behind him, but the year has been great at +388 so no real drama and nothing to moan about.

The Bookies Enemy

Bookies got a complete slapping this week with two hefty winners, Gary is already £500 up and the month is only getting started. Certainly a service bang in form and smashing them in.

Going the right way so far for November and at +4.5 its not much but its something to build on.

2 good winners this month kicking HRN's November off. if you're looking for a service that just works year after year HRN is one of them.

Stat Attack Lay

Not much in terms of volume but its 100% for the lays so far since the trial started in September, be good to see more lays before being able to fully form an opinion but its good so far after just 7 lays. Its a free trial and you can join the free trial club here

Winner of the Week Is..
It was a DIFFICULT DECISION but the Bookies Enemy deserves it this week, +55 points up this week thanks in part to a 33/1 winner. Well done Gary!
