Weekly Wrap 22/10 - 28/10

Those 'Green shoots' I mentioned here last week, well, they became trees.

The Dutchess

Four winners this week and a bit of a step in the right direction as month end sits just round the weekend. Furzig the pick of the bunch this week at 5.73 returned, Hoganville followed closely behind at 5.21 points profit.

-5 for the month, with a couple of days left the service could turn a profit before the month end.

The Racing Angle

Two winners and RA's march into profit takes a stumble this week. Shoot First the pick of the pair returning 4 points profit at Cheltenham.

+18 for the month, still up but little by the way of progress.

Stat Attack Win

One winner this week and its a pretty good one with BarenBoim returning 8.82 at N. It helped SA to a little bit of profit for the week but at -23 the service is still down overall. -5 for the month however, could be chance to turn it around in the last couple of days.

Premier Lays

Sort of a better week with a small profit made, the 3 winning lays somewhat slowed by the loser however. Its not been the best of months since Prem lays went premium and he'll be hoping for a better return next month!

The Bookies Enemy

Plenty to shout about this week and again it reaffirms the need to have a long term mindset when it comes to following any service. Five winners for the week and a good day led on to a huge winner! Obsidian Knight returning 4 points profit and forming up part of the good day with 3 winners from 4 before Conceal lumped in a magnificent 48 points profit at Uttoxeter!

Its taken the service to +13 for the month and looking to be his 3^rd straight month of profit and just one losing month in the 6 months he's been with us. A truly impressive record!

The Bet Professor

Ten winners this week and solid performance this time out. Gabrial The Devil returned a solid 10 points profit at Catterick to be beaten by 11 point winner Glorious Lady at Worcester. 6 points to be overturned for a profit this month but with the wind in his sails it looks like that'll be short work!

Hanbury Racing

Another service proving what it means to keep the faith with some big winners this week. Mr Rango chief among those with a huge 60 points profit at Curragh. Downforce followed on with 24 points profit and even more relief for Richard who will be more than happy about finding the big winners once again.

It's really turned his fortunes for October, with 53 points profit in the bag for the month and a winning month looms after 3 solid months of struggle. Lets hope it marks the return to form we've all been desperate for!

I received an email from a member albeit a little late (2-3 days after the winners), he had Richards 2 winners + 1 bet of his own that won in a £5 e/w fourfold. He cashed out before the final race (the horse placed) and won £42,000 - that is truly some incredible returns and just shows you placing those crazy little bets can pay off!!

Wedge Winners
Seven winners this week. Pennymoor the pick of a handful of bigger winners returning 18 points from 2 staked at Lingfield. Been another scrappy week though for WW that's pretty much summed up his month at -12.

After the 116 points profit though the previous two months I think its more than easy to cope!

HRN
seven winners this week and 24 points profit between 2 selections helping to make sure the losses are stemmed. Golden Twilight a 12 point winner at Dundalk while Torcello also knocked in 12 points.

-9 for the month and it looks like a loss for October bar a last ditch equaliser!

In truth HRN has underperformed since August but having banked over 400 points in the months prior & 515 points for all of 2021, there's really nothing to panic about. Place the bets, the tide comes in an out, at the end of the year you're up a lot. It's that simple.

In the big winners and Richard will be very relieved. Mr Rango lumped in a huge 60 points profit with Downforce returning 24points profit and Tyrion’s Dream placed to make it a 91 point day and a well deserved one for his faithful following!.

The Bookies Enemy

Four winners in two days meant for a massive 55 point swing. 80/1 e/w tip conceal bagged the profit among others for Gary's followers and it's well deserved . I think that sticking with the long term mindset is key and then you pick up the big winners like this one.

In a week of big winners its hard to pick one so both Hanbury Racing and Bookies Enemy share the spoils. Gary's 80/1 e/w winner Conceal a worthy winner while Richards 60 points profit from Mr Rango also easily worth a mention. A big well done to both service who will be equally ecstatic at the winners!
