Five winners in this week and its a small step back from where we ended last time out and overall there's improvement needed from the trial. Famous Bridge the pick of the five with 6.32 points profit at Haydock and Luttrell Lad following on with 4.51 points in the bag with the win at Taunton. +19 overall and a small step back from +19.81 at the end of last week.

-3 for the month so far. 

JV Private Service 

Just the one this week for JV with Golden Ace in the winners circle returning a meagre 1.26 points profit. -13 for the month and -25 overall. A tall order with just a week to go

Just a couple of places to mention this week from Plum. JOUR DEVASION managed fifth and DR ALI came second at Kempton. Still searching for that first winner to kick the trial off. 

(Plum was out due to not sending anything but will remain in now, until he's out again and maybe shakes it all about.)

Insider Edge

Fifteen winners this week for IE this week and it's not been a vintage month so far at -51. Ballycamus was a solid winner though with 11.3 points profit from 2 staked. - 51 for Feb with a week left and 25 points left overall.

Four winners this week from the newly promoted Handicapper. Streak Lightning the easy pick of them with 7.68 points profit to BSP. Not an ideal week this time out but still up +2. well in front at +96 over 3 months and those with the long term game in mind will be more than happy with the performance over the last 90 or so days. 

Betty Lay 

Popular and profitable are the two P's this week for Betty's lays. 35/42 and we're about 4 points further on from last weeks finish point. The SR has remained remarkably steady at 82.39% for the month. Months take now to +20 and +75 overall.

Two in the net for WWRS and both coming on Saturday. Tenjiku returning 1.89 at Turffontein and Lhasa adding another .98. not much else to speak of as our world wide man has a quiet one. 

The Morning Line 

Seven winners across the two this week. Tuco Salamanca the pick of his seven this time out with £86.86 profit. Sun Keeper another good one following close behind with £85.32 from £14.71 staked. 
 

Lay of the Day 

+1.76 for the month and the tough start is finally overturned as we enter the final week of Feb. 4/4 this week and a 100% winning return once again as LOTD shows a solid rhythm finding loser after loser to get things going back the right way once more. +55 overall and +1 for the month, he'll be hoping to build off that! Wedge Winners 

Three winners for the week and its just not enough for WW. Camino Rocio the pick of them with 4.5 points profit in the net at Market Rasen.

A quick look into historic Strike Rate shows the SR over the last 2 months is down nearly 10% compared to the whole of last year and we ( I'm guessing a little) appear to be betting much less than the service usually does. The more selective approach simply not working out right now as far as I can see. 2021 the service peaked in terms of bets at 4400 staked for a profit of 603, whereas in 2024 we've had less than half that (1881) for a 98 point return. Make of it what you will. 

HRN 

Just the one with Prophet's Corner returning 5.5 points profit at Punchestown. 

What to watch this week

LOTD

A clean sweep this week for LOTD and its a very solid spell from our one a day lay service to get back in front after a tough start.
