For anyone new - This is basically just a quick rundown of performance over the past week. In order to get everything covered in a timely fashion I start the week on a Saturday and end it on a Friday.
Basically yesterdays bets are the start of next Sundays email.
I prefer to be honest and call a spade a spade - If I think something is good and worth watching then its definitely worth a look.
"The model is built to find races where the numbers clearly point to one horse being much stronger or weaker than the rest.
If a horse looks weak compared to its rivals but still short in the betting → it becomes
a Lay bet (we bet against it).
If a horse looks much stronger than the rest and at a fair price → it becomes a Win bet (we back it).
If the gap between horses isn’t clear, the model simply skips the race."
NOTE: There are 3 variations of the lays, this is to experiment and gather data with different gaps to rivals.
Neither one nor the other is deemed better.
I was going to write an email about these but Fridays results probably killed that notion, I think instead I'll write something about bank and staking this coming week, promoting has been my downfall since going solo.
It's important to note that these are a trial, an experiment, a data gathering mission, and being a lay service
starting from zero im keen to run them until February all being well.
That gives us 6 months from the back end of the flat season into the jumps season.
I feel the idea behind it has legs so let's keep gathering data and find out!
Gap 7 Lays:
116 lays this week for a profot of +13.
October now +31 and overall +40 from 781 lays.
It's good to see that the strongest version from backtesting beginning to come good, but it's going to take more time to see if its too volatile ot be worthwhile or wether its action heavy and profit heavy.
Gap 10 Lays:
As per previous weeks around half the action of the 7 variation, 62 lays this week and a gain of +6, overall record
looking really good on the this variation even after a disastrous Friday.
Gap 12 Lays:
Around half again with 36 lays and the more selective approach
not paying off this week, -3 lost but given Friday lost -24 I'd say -3 on a week isn't actually that bad, really.
Gap win bets:
10 selections this week
and a small loss of -1.5 at betfair sp.
3 winners, 2 of which odds on, and the other a sole bet on Thursday returning a 5.01 bsp winner.
All 4 of the above go to my Free Telegram channel & xCloudBot. Atuomate them directly to your betfair hands free every single day. Just £1 for the first 14 days which renews at £35 per month.
Elite Tips
43 selections this week and it's another small loss this week of -4 at betfair sp, truth be told it hasn't progressed since the opening few weeks of the trial - peaking around 21st September at +24, its now +17.
A few personal thoughts:
I don't think the model is setup for betfair sp
I don't like that his model picks one
horse per course, why?
I think the model relies too heavily on odds compared to the actual horses, ie selections are always short prices.
He spoke to me the other day and said he's not recieved a
return on my free acess, maybe thats because your model isn't all that impressive to date? I'll eat my words if it grows wings and moves forwards but for now it isn't the peak of my interests, I think Goerge does it better.
Now let's move onto the Premium Services offered by PuntHub.
CH Racing -Selections are sent out the evening before racing — giving you plenty of time to get on at good prices. This isn’t one of those “three bets a day” guesswork services… the focus here is purely on value, not volume.
At just £29 per month, selections are delivered via email and
Telegram, keeping things simple and transparent.
And it’s paying off — October’s shaping up beautifully:
HRN - A system thats focus is on horses 5/1+, sent each evening by email & telegram.
Smooth Silesie was a solid 9/1 winner this week along with Grain Trade 5/1 and Dandy G Boy 5/1 again, however we end the week just +3. A small gain and October sits just the wrong side of zero at -1.5 overall.
Lay of the Day - Two lays sent daily via email/telegram, fully automated via xCloudBot
I'm convinced someone jinxed me this week, I said last week:
"October left at -9.6 after two back to back losing weeks, a task he will enjoy clawing back. I'll bet £100 he
makes a profit this month.. If Im wrong the £100 can go to heart link childrens charity!"
Well we hit another 4 losers this week to take us down to -19 for October. Ouch.
These come included FREE with a full xcloudbot membership or you can get them via email
& Telegram for £25 per month HERE (Quarterly discount upon request).
Betty Ai Lays - A fully autmated Lay system, completely data driven and using Ai to find selections.
A whopping 13 lays this week (that's quite a lot for these Ai Lays) and we end the week +3 having won 10 of our 13 lays.
Kazakh Darthel
(1.99) & Reiki Revolution (1.56) winning their races not exactly damaging to our bottom line and quite happy to take these on given we also got Vitorio Piel (1.83) beaten.
Given the aim to win +10 per month i'd suggest we are doing ok this month.
Happy to take 2-3 new clients for the Ai lays this month if anyone wants in, full automation of the lays is £40 per month:
The Football Bot - our very own football automation software that works in the same way & layout as xCloudBot.
PuntHub Lays
4 selections this week with three winning and one losing.
Still sitting just the wrong side of breakeven but we've only had 69 lays, so it needs more time. Low point to date was -10.55 so it's going the right way.
Lay The Draw
9/9 for lay the draw this week and an impressive gain!
Back The Draw
Only one selection this week due to the international break and it was a winning one:
AFC Wimbledon v Port Vale: Back the draw @ 3.3 - WON
