We’re back in semi-overdrive after a longer than expected break – apologies on that one!
We’re having a sort of supplement this week with a mention of the last week or so also where necessary, as obviously we’re covering a bit more content and a bit more briefly.
This supplement will bring us up to speed then the usual will resume the following week.
Let’s get into it-
Sports Day
Looking really good so far with an 84.62% strike rate so far in August. If the strike rate can be maintained, then the service looks really good. The only thing going against it is the odds on some of the selections are pretty low but other than that its looking good for our alternative sports tipster.
Bank Builders
Had a good start to his trial with 13 winners providing the points going into this week. Mutamaasik started his week off with a 10/11 winner with Logician providing the second winner of the week on Wednesday at York. Friday proved to be a recovery day with BB pushing back into profit with Molatham kicking his day into gear with a 2/1 winner at York. Manton Warrior was the big winner of the day though at a strong 7/1 for a 7-point profit at Chelmsford and Royal Crusade wrapped his week up on
a high with an Evens winner at Newmarket.
Little Lays
Came and went in the break. It just shows that no matter how much pre-trial research we do you can never predict future results. We are looking at other lay services as I type this so hopefully we can get something new pretty soon.
Constantly treading water with winners seemingly timed to keep him just above 0. Arthur's Court (7/1) Druim Samhraidh (6/1) and Last Opportunity (7/1) keeping him a float over the last week with Theatre Bar kicking this week off at Southwell on Sunday with a 7/1 winner. Caswell Bay the only other bit of cheer this week for PR with an 11/4 winner at Newton Abbot. Friday saw one winner to finish the week, Dramatic Device hit the target at Newmarket at 11/2.
Clerk of the Course
Road Rage the only winner of the last couple of weeks for Clerk but in truth there hasn’t been much action with the Tipster opting to keep away until a selection meets his criteria. Thursday was a good day though with Amorously on target at Chepstow at 11/2 for a 5.5-point haul.
The Racing Indian
Left us the other week after falling away to -15.
The odds on the winners are far too short to make a meaningful recovery.
Cleeve Racing
Not been much action for Cleeve the last couple of weeks either after his sensational pair of winners at the start of the month. One winner to mention this week with Battaash in the winner’s circle at York on Friday at 5/2 on Friday.
Our 3 month trial will come to an end this month with the service now over a sensational 555 points profit since 2014!! We've been lucky enough to experience a glimpse of the service, what he has to offer and what he can do and it's safe to say it's been VERY professional. We alone have seen over 85 points profit in just 3 months.
So without further ado Cleeve becomes our latest successful candidate!

Megalomaniac the other selection on target at Tramore at 15/2 on Sunday. Queen Amidala was the only selection on Wednesday at Worcestor and it obliged adding 3 points profit in the process. A pair of winners the week before the highlight for AH. Hexagon first in at Ffos Las at 9/4 with Empreinte Reconce the second at Newton Abbott. Empreinte Reconce was back in action at Newton Abbot and it was a case of Deja Vu as the selection once again hit the target on Tuesday at a much shorter 15/8. It Took a couple of days before the next winner with Battaash in the winner’s circle at York on Friday at 5/2.
Month profit +6.86
Sacred Sprite an unlucky 2nd on Friday means a small step back of -3.6 this week. Small differences between getting back to winning ways and losing. Patience still key with this one.
Round 8 profit -18.85, Total profit +104.93
