Two winners and no real movement this week but the service remains a whopping 32 points up for November. Stones and Roses and Duchess Ravenwaves the two winners this week. Not much t be said in terms of progress this week but sometimes its smarter to hold on to what you have than gamble it all.
Two winners this week with Faugheen and Notebook both on Target at Punchestown. Still sitting around 14 points profit for the month from 1 point bets which equates to a solid ROI. Again one of only a handful making a profit this month.
A couple of winners once more for PPP but a drift to -21. Story of light an evens winner at Chelmsford and Winter Getaway providing the other winner this week at 9/2. Very frustrating having hammered the losses down to -13 and now back out to -21.
Duc de Beauchene provided his only winner of 3 selections at 10/3 bringing Classic back to just blow break even.
How's the results?

So what’s to watch?
The Master Plan- This week is the only service I can pick out as one to watch while the remaining pack struggle. +30 points profit this month and its looking like the 15th straight month of profit.
HRN- is fairing best of the free pack, a pair of 10/1 winners over the weekend keeps him in profit for the month and with others struggling he keeps plodding along at a profit.
Final Furlong- is the only other service to really mention as one to watch. A solid month to 1 point bets with 14 points profit and the highest ROI in the table.

Winner of the Week Is-
Colonel Whitehead seals WOTW this week for Razor Racing at a strong 16/1. It was part of a bumper day of profit and really helped them towards getting what’s been a pretty damp November back on track.

My underlying assumption for everything I review or investigate is that the potential end user is a serious investor. With the advent of the online bookmaker more and more people have become interested in betting as a means of generating income and treat their activities with respect and a professional outlook.
I do wonder if the publishers are taking the same view? Every week I get at least 3 notifications of new launches of products and services that have never been bettered in the past and will allow you to retire shortly. I appreciate that services need to be marketed but do wonder if existing proven offerings are over looked in the mad rush to promote something new. We all like a change of scenery every now and again but to change a long term cash generator for an unproven new service is
potentially reckless. If a city based investment fund manager worked on the same principles there would be an outcry.
The first rule of investing in any field is to make sure your eggs are not all in the same basket. With betting there is a preliminary rule which is to only use cash you really can do without. So assuming that you still want to place bets please aim to develop a portfolio of services/systems that will allow you to ride through the inevitable downturns that occur individually. Do your research diligently before spending your cash and only consider anything with a proven track record.
The only thing that I want us to achieve over at
Best Betting Review is to show you services which work – or not – and so allow you take value judgements for your own circumstances. Even then a recommendation cannot guarantee future success especially in such a volatile environment but you are taking sensible steps to secure your investment.
So to finish I will highlight 4 services which could form the basis of a betting portfolio for you:
a)
Trident Racing – the author has been offering tips since at least 2010 and in proofed services since 2014 has generated over 700 points profit. Since the re-vamp earlier this year he is showing a 42 point profit at an ROI of 11.57%
b)
Greyhound Insider – another long term performer in a market often considered inferior. So good is this guy that his former publisher are still using his pen name in a different service – don’t be fooled and go for the original.
c)
Racing Intelligence – a relative newcomer with just 2 years track record but the only service I have seen that uses “information” and works.
If you had a starting bank of £500 in each of these on 1st May this year you would now be sitting on a capital profit of £7,216.
Until next week.
