He does have something to prove having been pulled up the last twice, however,
like much of the yards horses in December, something was clearly amiss on his penultimate start, and he has excuses in that he didn’t make it home over a 3m5f trip too far last time out. The yards horses seem to be turning a corner of late, and blind backing Emma Lavelle chasers at Taunton would actually show you profit at SP. Mumbo Jumbo can relish a return to this track and trip, first time cheekpieces can spark improvement, and this drop back into a 0-120 off a revised rating of 112 looks
favourable.

There looks to be plenty of pace on here and it may just set up for a strong travelling hold up runner like Golden Glance. The Oliver Greenall yard are operating at a decent 23% S/R across the last 14 days, and they actually saddled the winner of this same race 12 months ago. Golden Glance is clearly well regarded given she contested a Class
1 juveniles race at Cheltenham last season following her maiden win at Haydock, running respectably to be beaten just 6L. She shaped in need of the run on this seasons re-appearance round Carlisle, however made a good impression when finishing a mere 3L 2nd for the step up to today’s 2m4f trip round Aintree on her penultimate outing. She was unsuited by the return to 2m1f last time out, however can bounce straight back to form for this step back up in trip, the promise of a stronger pace, and
for the application of first time cheekpieces on board.
