Kings Lynn is certainly not the threat of old, but he is has adapted trip wise in his age, taking a liking to 7f. He remains without a win on all weather, but has some noticeable form, including placing here 3 times in 4 rides. He finished 5th of 19 2 runs back in a class 2 handicap on turf, and is now 3lb lower than that. He finished strongly at Newcastle over 7f in August, gaining in every stride towards the line, only to run out of time. He ran off 88, and is now back on his last win mark of 86. Drawn in a sweet spot in stall 6, and will hopefully sit midfield just off the pace and be able to get up late, dropping in class.
