BURNING EMOTION looks set to win today after being narrowly denied on debut, where he got used to things late on, making a strong challenge after running green in the early stages.
The 2nd fav LETHAL LEVI took a step forward on his second start, but won’t like the return back to sharper ground, and with our horse in ideal conditions I can see a really positive run today.
Given he ran on very well lto, the stiff finish is only going to play into our favor today. He holds a huge chance with the trainers massive 60% win rate from 10 runs in the last year at this course.

GET BOOSTING has taken a big drop in class today, falling into this class 4 contest from a class 2.
He ran well off a 140 day break at Musselburgh 4 starts ago, despite being slowly away and short of room. His 5/7 position didn’t tell the true story of the race. He also ran on that race, so the stiff finish should be no problem.
He is only 4 years old and since that run he has had excuses. He ran well the race after Musselburgh winning a class 3 contest, before running in the mud at Thirsk which didn’t suit.
His last run came at Epsom in a class 2, and his usual jockey was switched out for a first timer on board, and he didn’t run well at all in that high class.
Back to a class 4 today should make life a lot easier despite the heavy 10st6lb weight carriage.
Andrew Mullen (his usual mount) is back on board and providing he gets a clean run through this looks good value.
SHOW ME SHOW ME has been backed in from 8s to fav this morning quite unbelievably. He did run well at Haydock lto but that came over soft ground, and he is trying out 5f for the first time in a while.
Inexperienced jockey on board who takes of 7lb, but I don’t think he’ll handle this stiff finish and will need a big form turnaround to beat us.
