KING ZAIN attempts this distance for the 2nd time today after finishing 5th of 7 last time out in a class 2.
Class 3 company today and a reduced field, which should make it easier to front run. 
His last race wasn’t all bad, as he scored a decent speed figure. The less weight and class drop will help too, especially running in a prominent manner. 
Mark Johnston appoints his trusty jockey Joe Fanning to do the riding, and this will be a first time mount on this horse.
Progression likely as he is he youngest in the field, and the trainer has given him a small break to freshen up.
With 4 runners, in theory you have a 1 in 4 chance of winning. 3/1 here is good value, as PLATINUMCARD who is going up 2 classes will likely not feature. 3/1 to beat these two older horses is worth all the risk.
BARYSHNIKOV is heavier today, and running from the back with only 4 runners isn’t easy. I also don’t believe he will like the galloping course. TRICORN does his best running in lower classes, and won’t like the class 3 here.
Excited to see how this horse performs today, and a run from the front will likely see a nice Johnston winner.
